$107.00 (for 1 or 2 people, plus taxes) includes Breakfast & Cocktail Party each evening. Call for reservations on a weekday to 816-891-7788. Please call the hotel direct as errors have occurred using their national number. Be sure to tell them you are with "Fenton Glass" to get the Gala Rate.

Thursday - Friday - Saturday

Registration will be 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  You will pick up your registration packet, agenda, and pre-purchased souvenir glass at that time.  Each person attending a Gala function will be charged a one time registration fee of $25.00 for “Early” registration and $30.00 after August 15th.  Children age 12 and under are registered for free.

The morning seminar (Badge Required) will have as our speaker, _______________. 

The luncheon (Badge Required) speaker is __________ speaking on __________________. 

Later Friday afternoon, there will be a review by Richard Speaight, Tom Smith, and Melvin Lampton of the Individual Display Tables.

Friday evening is the Seminar (Badge Required) on the Fenton Art Glass Display "___________________” followed by Viewing of the Auction Glass.  An auction of good quality Fenton glass will be offered.  An auction list will be available later.

Morning will be viewing of the Auction Glass from 7:30 am to 8:30 am with the Auction at 8:30 am.  No Badge Required.   The Public is welcome to attend the Auction.

After the auction, all glass displays will be taken down.

Saturday evening at 6:00 pm is the Banquet (Badge Required) with ________ speaking on ___________________. 

Door Prize Drawings will be held for many pieces of high quality Fenton Art Glass.  (Winning will be limited to one per household.)  After the Banquet is the Whimsey Auction.

You are encouraged to sell Fenton Glass from your room. We plan lots of time for "shopping the rooms." The hotel has tables available for $15.00 each for length of stay. Please bring your own table covers and/or skirting unless you would prefer the hotel to furnish white tablecloths. The tables are 30 inches wide by 72 inches long.

You are encouraged to set up a display table. Full table displays are requested with identification required. Choose your own theme. There is no judging. Tables are 30 inches wide by 72 inches long. You may bring your own table covers and skirting or the hotel will provide them. Set up will be Friday at 7:00 am to 9:00 am in main Display room. For security purposes, plan to turn in a list of your display glass before your display is set up.

Our souvenirs this year are fantastic ____________________________________.  We have 6 different versions available, all versions are $75.00.  This mould was made in 2005 for the Favrene Dancing Ladies Urn, the companion piece to the coffee table book, “Fenton Handcrafted American Glass Artistry.”  Each vase will be approximately 8 inches tall.  The vases can be picked up at the Gala or shipped to your home for a small additional cost.  See the Registration/Order form for complete ordering information. 

Surprise GALA Souvenirs!

There will be a special piece of glass available for purchase only at the Gala. It is a very nice, unique piece designed by Dave Fetty and it is very limited in the number that were made. You have to be at the Gala to have the opportunity to purchase this pretty special item.
